Ok this is your Lebron James Highlights. I divided these into 2 parts, first is his NBA Highlight and second is High School. In his young career he has achieved ALOT! and I'm definitely sure that this will be a much longer list in few years time and one of the things that will be added here soon is an MVP award in a regular season! NBA Career Highlight
- Cleveland Cavaliers' 1st overall pick in the 2003 NBA Draft.
- Signed with the Cavaliers in July 2003.
- Selected to the NBA Rookie All-Star Game in 2004.
- Selected to the NBA All-Rookie 1st Team in 2003-04.
- Youngest player to record a triple-double performance (20 years, 20 days), with 27 points, 11 rebounds, and 10 assists on January 19, 2005 against the Portland Trail Blazers.
- Youngest player to score 6000 career points.
- Only the 4th player in NBA history to average better than 31 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists – joining Oscar Robertson, his idol Michael Jordan and Jerry West.
- Youngest player to score 50 points in a game (20 years, 80 days), with 56 points vs. the Toronto Raptors on March 20, 2005.
- Won the NBA Rookie of the Year award in 2004 becoming the first Cavalier and youngest player to ever receive the award.
- One of the three rookies in NBA history to average at least 20 points, five rebounds and five assists in their rookie season (Oscar Robertson and Michael Jordan)
- Selected to the USA Dream Team in 2004 Olympics, unfortunately the team only settled for Bronze (first time that a "Dream Team" failed to win a gold medal)
- Named to the All-NBA 2nd Team in 2004-05.
- Scored a career-high 56 points against Toronto Raptors on March 20, 2005, but they lost :(

- Won the All-Star MVP honors in 2006 All-Star Games. He's the youngest player in NBA history to receive that award.
- Led the Cavaliers to a 52-30 record (4th in the Eastern Conference) on its way to its 1st Playoff appearance since 1998.
- Named to the All-NBA 1st Team in 2005-06.
- Only the third player in history to record a triple-double in a playoff debut game as he led the Cavaliers to a Game 1 win against the Washington Wizards with 32 points, 11 rebounds and 11 assists.
- The only player to score 40+ points in his playoff debut road-game, exploding for 41 points on a Game 3 win against the Wizards.
- Runner-up for the 2006 MVP award behind Steve Nash.
- Won the bronze medal at the FIBA World Championship with the US Team in September 2006.
- Led all players in the final fan balloting for the 2007 NBA All-Star Game
with 2,516,049 votes, the second-most ever in NBA History.
- Youngest player in NBA history to lead in the All-Star voting (22 years, 26 days)
- He won the 2008 All-Star Game MVP with 27 points, 8 rebounds, 9 assists, 2 blocks and 2 steals as the Eastern Conference All-Stars defeated their Western counterparts, 134-128
- By the end of the 2007-2008 season, LeBron is the third youngest player to post 17 triple doubles, behind Oscar Robertson and Magic Johnson
- On February 27, 2008, against the Boston Celtics, James became the youngest person to score 10,000 points in his career at 23 years and 59 days
